Revision Policy
You are entitled to unlimited free revisions — there is no cap on the number of revision requests.
Condition: The overall design concept must remain the same. Revisions requesting a completely new direction are not covered.
Each revision cycle has an estimated turnaround time of 48 hours.

Refund Policy
Refund Schedule
Special Cases — No Refund
If the client has already approved initial design concepts or requested changes.
After website development has started or the website has gone live.
After the storyboard has been approved for video animation projects.
Section 03
When a Refund Will NOT Be Issued
The following circumstances make a client ineligible for a refund, regardless of the time elapsed:
Revision requests have already been submitted for the project.
The same project has been assigned to another company or freelancer.
No contact has been made with the company for 2 consecutive weeks or more.
An adequate design brief was not provided, resulting in incomplete project direction.
A complete design overhaul is requested (i.e., requesting an entirely new concept).
Refund is based on a change of mind or a disagreement between business partners.

How to Submit a Refund Request

Domain & Hosting
Select website packages include a complimentary domain and hosting at no additional cost.
Note: Domain and hosting services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

All final design files are delivered directly to your registered account and email address.

Important Points
Only communications sent through the company's official email or domain are considered valid and binding.
The company may retain your payment card information for recurring or subscription-based services.
Every logo and design is created from scratch, and its uniqueness is fully guaranteed.

Website & Third-Party Integrations
Third-party plugins and API integrations are provided at standard level only as part of the included scope.
Any custom or advanced integration work beyond the standard scope will be quoted and billed separately.
