Terms & Conditions
Webment Digital — Service Agreement
Section 01
Revision Policy
You are entitled to unlimited free revisions within the original scope of the project — there is no cap on the number of revision requests.
Condition: Revisions should build on the agreed design concept. If you'd like to explore a substantially different direction, our team is happy to discuss this as a new phase of work.
Each revision cycle has an estimated turnaround time of 48 hours.
Section 02
Refund Policy
Refund Schedule
| Time of Refund Request | Refund Amount |
|---|---|
| Before receiving initial design concepts |
Full Refund (minus a 5% payment processing fee) |
| Within 48 hours of receiving designs | 50% |
| Between 48 and 120 hours | 25% |
| After 120 hours | No Refund |
| After delivery of final files | No Refund |
Special Cases — No Refund
If the client has already approved initial design concepts or requested changes to them.
After website development has started or the website has gone live.
After the storyboard has been approved for video animation projects.
Section 03
When a Refund Will NOT Be Issued
To keep things fair for both sides, refunds are not available once any of the following apply:
Revision requests have already been submitted and completed for the project.
The same project has since been assigned to another company or freelancer.
The client has not responded to two or more follow-up attempts over 14 consecutive days, and the project is paused as a result. We'll always try to reach you first before this applies.
Work could not proceed because a design brief or required project information was not provided after being requested.
A complete change in creative direction is requested after concepts have already been approved — this is treated as a new project rather than a refund case.
The request falls outside the refund windows listed in the schedule above.
